Start e-Filing your Application, Response or Documents

Please click on the appropriate button below to start a new application, respond to or submit documents to an existing application.

If you are an injured person who had their claim denied by an insurance company or if you are an insurance company who wishes to reclaim benefits from an injured person, click on “Start a new AABS Application”.

If you are responding to an existing AABS application, click on “Respond to an existing AABS Application”. You will need the AABS file number and the accident date.

If you are a party to an existing application and would like to submit documents, click on “Submit Documents”. You will need the AABS file number and the accident date.
